Terms and Conditions
- Accepted payment options are PayPal and Cash App. Please refrain from submitting any payment outside of a confirmed invoice sent from the artist.
- I will begin work after receiving payment. If the payment cannot be made in full, the client may arrange to make incremental payments, with work being done in proportion to each payment received.
- By commissioning me, you agree to not sell or claim ownership of my work without my written permission. You may freely post any commission you order from me with appropriate credit given.
- By proceeding with the commission service, you agree and acknowledge that no further changes may be requested after the approval of the final product, unless otherwise arranged beforehand.
- As the artist, I reserve the right to use, copy, modify, and distribute any work I create for personal use and advertisement of my services. I will not sell any completed commission work or claim ownership of any characters rendered.
- Modifications to the commission request are permitted within reason, so long as it does not require returning to a previous stage of the process (sketching, lineart, or coloring). For instance, switching the original idea to use a different character is fine during the sketching phase but not during the coloring phase. Once a phase has been approved by the client, no further modifications to that phase should be requested.
- I reserve the right to refuse any request at my discretion. If there are any issues with your request that disrupt my ability to complete it, I will inform you of those issues before accepting or starting on your request.
- Payment for a commission work may only be refunded if the client has not yet received any of the material requested. Afterwards, partial refunds may be granted based on the amount of work completed, at the artist’s discretion.
