Howdy howdy,

It is time for another exciting blog post from the Blutooth Bar. Nothing major this week in terms of updating the website. I did update my icon as a symbolic means of my skills improving, but it was such a small change that I am not certain if anyone would notice. I have been hard at work making the assets for my first project that I want to post. My plan is to make the launch page for it by the end of the month and fill in the more specific details for it over time, so I imagine that will be my primary focus on this site for awhile until I decide on the next round of visual updates.

That’s not to say this mystery project is the only thing I’m working on. At the present moment, I have four major projects I’m working to improve, including my mystery project for the website. I’m planning to reveal information on all four eventually, but my mystery project is the only one I have information to post about in the immediate future. The others will come about once I have them sufficiently developed.

So what else is there to say? I am looking forward to the new Monster Train DLC coming out this coming Thursday. I have been playing a bunch of old roguelike games to get back into the roguelike spirit. The roguelike genre sure is a fun one. I am also considering finally purchasing Super Mario Odyssey next month. I got Breath of the Wild last March and had a great time with it, so I figure it is fitting that I give the other blowout Switch title a look. It is the only 3D Mario title I have yet to play, so I am looking forward to trying it out.

Much of my art time has been caught up with my projects, but one of my goals this month is to create some more references for my commission page. I do wish to do a better job showcasing what I can do, in the hopes of inspiring some new clients. Honestly, more work on my plate is the last thing I need, but on the other hand, it is exactly what I need. The way I see it, I don’t actually have “free time” because I will ultimately find a way to fill any time that is currently unoccupied with more work. Getting more work just subtracts the time I have to spend thinking about what to do, which I would say is a pretty good deal.

In any case, that is the end of this blog post. It is time to get back to work. Make the most!
